- What is the difference between the plans?
- All plans include the exact same features — course builder, exam engine, AI essay grading, certificates, analytics, learning paths, leaderboard, live classes, and multi-tenant workspaces. The only differences are user count, storage, course limits, and whether you get dedicated infrastructure with SSO and a custom domain.
- What is the difference between shared and dedicated infrastructure?
- Starter and Pro plans run on shared infrastructure with strict tenant isolation — your data is fully separated from other organizations. Enterprise and Custom plans give you a dedicated single-tenant instance, meaning your LMS runs on its own database and servers, with your own subdomain or custom domain, and your choice of hosting region.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
- What happens if I exceed my user or storage limit?
- We will notify you when you approach 80% of your limit. You can upgrade to the next plan instantly or contact us about a custom limit increase on your existing plan.
- Do you offer custom features or integrations?
